Are you feeling anxious, panicky, overwhelmed, under pressure or lacking confidence? If so, do get in touch. I specialise in helping people who experience intense anxiety, as well as anxiety-related difficulties such as OCD and phobia, to overcome their restricting psychological obstacles and realise their potential in their work and in their personal lives.
Anxiety frequently co-exists alongside depression, stress, bereavement and trauma, and so I often work with clients who also experience these challenges. I frequently draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, including some Positive Psychology input, to help clients increase positivity, and to develop skills to feel more in control of their thoughts and emotions with very good results. At times it is appropriate to work in a more exploratory way to address underlying issues and I integrate this approach when indicated.

The British Psychological Society recommends me as an expert psychologist for media interviews and for several years I was the resident psychologist for BBC Radio Oxford.
